"I scheduled for our Grandmother who is in an adult home. Day 1 she messaged she was going to be late then kept pushing the time out until it was after 9 pm when appt was at 2pm. Then she said she would come the next day at 3 and kept messaging she was coming and never showed. One of the days she got there to late and facility turned her away because they had been waiting all day and night.All the while having our Grandma sitting at the door on a hard chair waiting for hours!! Grandma is disabled!! It was so gross and disrespectful!!! If you can't make it just cancel!!"
