"UPDATE: its been 2 weeks, they took down my info and said i would hear back about my refund in 3-5 day. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK. They pretended to care and brushed me off. My hair still looks terrible. Im going to now have to pay again to get it fixed for work. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Terrible service! Dont get me wrong my stylist was very nice but everything that could have went wrong, went wrong. I made an appointment for my husband and i. Cut for him. Cut and color for me. They said come by 3:30. I told them i wanted fun vibrant colors. Nothing natural. They assigned me a stylist but not my husband. We got there and was told we had to wait as my stylist was finishing up we waited about 20 min before my husband complained. Only to be told "thats weird, you have an apointment but no stylist. We can take you now." I waited another 10 min for my stylist to even say hi to me. As soon as we went back he said he doesnt do rainbow colors just natural you have to go to someone else. By the time i was seen it was about 430 and i was talked out of the green i wanted because it wouldnt work as well. We settled on pink and blue and looked at reference photos. When another stylist asked what we were doing and i showed her the pic, he said its going to look way diffrent than that (we were halfway through the color). I was quoteted about $130 for a cut and color on the phone. I was told while i was there it was going to be $255! Because i needed 2 colors, i had to be bleached and i had a cut. Bleach didnt even touch my head until 515. Multiple times he walked away and kept saying he had to hurry up so he wouldnt have to wrinse the back before doing the front. By the time we finished the color it was after closing at 7pm. My husband and daughter were sat in the car at closing as they couldnt get back to me they waited an hour. After the dye he forgot i had a haircut to do. I asked for a few inches off. It thinned out, layered and a side swept bang. It is much longer than i wanted because he thought it looked better with the new color. When i walked out my shirt was wet from the sink and my face was COVERED in blue and pink dye. Now im scrubbing my face deciding if i can call out of work as they will send me home anyways. Not worth $255! I didnt leave until 8:05 and had to be walked out since the mall was closed. I was also told 3 diffrent times i could not go to the bathroom as there was none throughout my appointment. I was there for 4.5 hours and spent more on hair than i ever have and i would not go back!"
