"Signed in at reception desk was told ten minute wait. Waited over an hour with no apologies from the staff on the wait. Finally asked and was told by the stylist that they had to do a couple more things on their current customer. I decided to cut my losses and leave. I haven’t got a good cut since Tess left. I wouldn’t recommend this place now but may try back in a few months in hopes they have hired decent stylists."

"Stopped at the local Hair Masters near my home for a simple haircut. And there was only one person inside the establishment working with one customer and the minute I said I needed a haircut she told me she didn’t have time. I’m sorry but if that’s the case turn your open sign off. If you can’t manage having more than one person working the entire store than maybe don’t expect repeat customers because honestly my time is just as precious as anyone else’s and therefor I will not return to this place ever.. I realize I’m being petty but that seriously made me mad and I work in the retail industry striving to be the best at customer service."

"Google rating of 3.8 stars explains it best. Not happy at all with my haircut and only days before leaving on vacation. You gave me Literally the cut I said I did Not want. I even showed pics of myself with the way I like it cut. Needless to say I'm not happy, got my money back and I won't be. More than one hairdresser here has made me cry after leaving and now I really having to wear my hat or look like an unwanted throwback to the 80's."
