"I thought I had found a place finally that could do my hair I have a bad ppd hair reaction, they were very careful to find a color even after patch testing over and over again, found one finally but it did not take I asked for ash brown balayage and ended up with muck red they were super nice about it and said they would fix it came in again and it didnt take now they had to ask around to see what to do went in again nothing , I even told them what was used on my hair be for over and over again they wrote it down but did not seem to care, I asked again if they were going to fix it in a e mail all they said was if I wanted to go darker I said no that was a little after Christmas havent had a response from them since. I am a very patient person and trusted you guys you would think if you couldn't deliver you could at least refund me. I will never go back and I was hoping that if you guys helped me I could refer people who has the same issues as me but not after what I went through."

"I got charged 459$ for highlights for short hairs. First they asked me how much is my budget, I am like may be 200$ as I have short hairs. She told me that under 200 only half highlights will be done as there are add on for material we use. I was like how much will be for add on, she said 39$. I was like ok ,so total will be under 300$ right. she said yes. Then once we are done after 4 hours, she did hair dry and curls (she didn't mention it will be 65$ additional charge), I thought its a part of package. Then ,when we are done she told receptionist what services I used today to make final bill. And receptionist is like if you used toner it is not part of basic package, we need to add elegant foil package which was 275$ instead of 179$. I was like what is happening. total was 400$ + tips ). I have done highlights so many times in other places, and most of the time I get final cost upfront before using the service. I feel I got ripped off. I don't mind paying extra sometimes but I don't like to be blindsided. The positive is - the place is clean and nice. And my highlights were ok. That's why giving 2 starts. Just check final cost upfront before using service there. Also some advice to Enrapture salon- if customer is seating there for 4 hours, it would be good to ask for water. Customer will definitely appreciate that."

"I saw Allie for my haircut and she did a terrific job. She cut it exactly how I pictured it in my head plus I was getting bangs for the first time in years so I was nervous but they turned out great! She cut it in a way that I could get them out of my face if I wanted to because she noted that I have gotten bangs in the past and was sick of them pretty quickly."

"I have been going to Enrapture for at least 6 years. The salon's friendly and the welcoming atmosphere makes me feel comfortable and at home every time. I am so happy after my appointments. I had an appointment today and I wasn’t in the best mood. These ladies cheered me up….they are like family. And they listen to what it is you want. "Been meaning to post a review for Emily! Life continues to be hectic and busy as the year comes to an end. I moved to WA ~2 years ago, been in search for someone like Emily, unfortunately had to go through a few terrible experiences to end up in her hands. Thankful for the recommendation by the DVM I work with. Emily has been a blessing to me and my hair! I will not go to anyone else but her! If she ever moves, I might even travel out to see her for my hair needs! She really knows her colors, especially them purples! When I first came in beginning of the year, my hair was a wreck from other stylists and "colorists". The colors never came out to what I had shown them, even worse, last place left my hair fried from over bleached...my hair felt like straw hay! Emily had helped restored my hair back to life and continues to maintain its integrity. She is fun & silly, personal, works quick, and very passionate about what she does. Takes pride in her work and it definitely shows! Many compliments! Hair color looks amazing even many weeks after it's faded out from wash (photo transitions from different sessions). I have myself booked out with her for the entire of next year (2022)!"
