"Pros: -nice -was thoughtful and took his time until he got busy when another customer came in Cons: -half an hour late showing up -wouldn't tell me the price for a color and cut beforehand even though I asked a couple of times, he just kept telling me not to worry because he will give me a good deal for waiting (it ended up being $140 for a root touch up and a cut) -root touch up was somewhat lighter than my hair color -haircut was originally disappointing but it was ok after I asked for adjustments. I came because of the rave reviews but I personally did not have a great experience. 4 hours and $140 later, I have a less than mediocre haircut and not quite matching root touch up."
"He's good. Every strand of hair was considered and cared for. Longer time spent on hair than other places I had visited. Lots of parking in the back. Cute dog. I brought pictures to show Juno what I wanted. Communication was ok but pictures speak a thousand words. Cost is about the same as other salons. Thank you. Love the haircut. Will be back in 2 months."
