"Very bad customer service and staff is very rude. The location surely needs a good management. The barbers are all ones who have no where else to go and are here by force not by choice so they do not believe in repeat customers. Update : Sent the mail to below shared email Id. "Employee not cool not nice lol feel like don’t like customers. But on top she gave ugliest fade with expensive price, not the reason of no experience but she was too fast trying to beat world record on giving fastest fade. didn’t like it"
"Employees were rude, slow, and inexperienced hair stylists refusing to listen to customer requests. Cuts were sloppy, as if a child had made them. Store was clean, but also empty upon our arrival with the employees lounging in the customer chairs. Parking was limited due to having too many stores in the complex. Avoid this location!"
"The salon as a whole seemed fine, but the stylist I had was not good. I asked for a length trim and square layers for my curly, fine hair. The length turned out fine, but she absolutely refused to put any layers into my hair, saying that it was too thin. I explained how curly my hair is and why I need layers (my hair only looked wavy because I had brushed it into a ponytail). I told her I have worn layers for 30 years, but she proceeded to blow dry my hair and take off my cape, saying "This is a new style for you, then!" I went home and washed and styled my hair, and sure enough it dried in the shape of a bell. I decided to try to cut some layers in it myself rather than going back to the salon and being told again that I don't know what I am taking about, or being charged again to fix it."
"Multiple times my spouse and I have gone here for haircuts, every time resulting in somewhat off, or completely awful haircuts. Lots of missed or shaved too far in sections. Oftentimes it costs us an additional haircut just to fix the mistakes made at this location."
