"I asked for a 4-5 inch trim to get rid of my dead ends and the lady cut my long hair to my shoulders and it was crooked. I never asked for it to be that short and when I asked her to fix it to make it straight, she told me I asked for my own hair to be cut crooked. She did not fix my hair at all or do my haircut the way i asked for her. Don’t waste your time going here, she won’t listen to you and will do as she pleases. She also doesn’t give refunds if you don’t like what she ends up doing to your own hair."

If you are interested in a clean and friendly shop that can provide a quality and inexpensive cut quickly, Kim's is the place to go. It is also conveniently located. I've been going for nine months. I have a side parted haircut with one side buzzed short and the other past shoulder length. I get a buzz cut with trim about every 3 months. I'm in an out usually within 30 minutes. The stylist is professional and has already learned the type of haircut I like. I don't go looking for a 'wine & dine' type experience with shampooing and coffees while chatting up a storm. This place really fits me and the needs I have around hair care. For the price, it's worth trying and if you end up loving it, then I highly recommend coming back repeatedly!"
