I joked about having swatches all over our cabinets and Gillian told us about the app that lets you pick colors to try on whatever you’re painting.. sooo helpful! She was awesome"

"They don't follow through with orders. I asked 3 separate times for some paint & was told they were out but would be getting more from another store the next day. They took my number & said they would call when it came in. They never called & still dont have the paint! This back & forth has been going on for a month! Going to another store from now on."

"Just had the worse experience ever at this store. Lived in Muk for several years and loved the store there. Everyone was always very helpful so when I moved to Stanwood I decided to make some color changes to our new home. Went into this store to pick up some paint. At first all seemed good found a guy he asked me can I help you and I proceeded to ask for a quart of paint. he said that they didn't carry quarts and that gallons were really expensive like $80 bucks then I said the gallon is fine. I told him the specifics of my project then he goes on the register to look for I don't know what? while he's doing that the phone rings, when the other clerk starts to pick up the line he tells him he can take it? I'm thinking wait aren't you helping me?! I wait for a little bit thinking it's only a short call. NOPE he proceeds to have this long conversation with the person on the phone while I'm still waiting there. MIND YOU I WAS THERE FIRST! He was helping me when the phone rang! Well I don't know what went on here whether it was because I am brown or whether I wasn't spending what the builder on the phone was spending but he just decided to help the guy on the phone so I left."

I have recently became a supply manager at the company I work for, and so I’ve had to run around to different types of hardware stores, and this was by far the most friendly experience I have had.
