"Mistake or is Safeway cheating? It is Monday. Safeway's bakery has a sale on fried chicken every Monday. Why do they charge you full price for chicken that is on sale? Please ask Nicole, the bakery manager to explain. I'm so tired of being over charged. UPDATE: To get the discount you must use the Safeway card. If they don't ask, you get charged full price. So $5.99 turns out to be $11."
