"The food here is good. It's not out of your world hot pot. They're also preset hot pots which can ve helpful if you're indecisive or you're bringing people who don't hotpot normally. It's also a lot easier than doing hot pot at home. The price is pretty decent for the amount of food that you get. The servers are busy, but they do a good job of giving everyone attention with turning your pots on and off but sometimes need to be flagged down. They never seem upset when flagged down. Recommend when you want soup! Warning the Taiwanese spicy is spicy. The house and seafood hot pot is basic in flavor so you're going to have to add whatever flavor you like. The milk cream curry is delicious. The 3 cup chicken and mutton are great but seasonal."
"Never being here I was a little confused on how to order the food. The hot pot was great. Only issue I had was it got too hot. I didn't know I could ask them to put out the flame. They have a robot which is cool."
"The wait time was crazy and they do gratuity as well for the tip as well but the food was delicious I'm just not not for the wait but I do recommend people to try it"
"We waited 40min and was skipped multiple times because our group was big (5) and the opening to accommodate larger group is limited. My mom, sis and I shared the largest noodle size, and we still have left over after. Huge serving. Black tea and green tea are SOOO good! Sides are quail eggs, corn, fland fish cake - you can request extra sides for extra cost if I am correct. The dipping sauces are dank! The menu item garlic pork belly is nothing special, it is the same paper thin sliced pork belly they put on the noodles, I thought it will be a thick cut pork belly. Request more soup when it's getting low. The food is great but the place feels suffocating. I wish the restaurant is bigger and tables are more separated."
"Taiwanese Spicy is my favorite. Very very spicy (flaming hot). I almost can't talk while you are eating. But it tastes so good! Recommend if you love spicy. There are lots of people waiting. You will have to come in, add your party size, and get number. Normally waiting time 20-45 minutes. There are places around to kill time. One down side, since there are a lot people waiting, sometimes I feel pressured to try to eat as fast as you can. The store is pretty small. There is a pickup option but I never try."
