"I am so sad about the service I received at Grocery Outlet. I enjoyed my shopping experience until prices are not posted on many items. When I loaded my bags I was told I would need to bag my own groceries or buy there bags? When I used the coupon it was the wrong date. I brought out another coupon....she apologized to the customer behind for the wait I spent closed to 159. Not a fan on how I was treated."

"Good stuff good prices but the staff is very rude and immature a bunch of adults acting like their still in high-school. Who ever owns this place is either dumb or just to lazy to clean house. Otherwise not a bad place just don't ask for help unless you like being treated like thrash."

"Just went shopping there, and had a terrible experience. Went to pick up some chips and snacks with my husband. Thought I'd price beer while I was there because I'd never priced at grocery outlet. While looking, LOOKING, at the beer and ciders this elderly woman came up to me and told me that I would need to be carded. For what? I wasn't buying any. I responded, telling her I didn't have my ID as this was an impromptu store trip (and I had forgot my card). I was merely just looking. She went and used the store phone staring at us the whole time. watching our every move. I didn't even pick up a case or anything but she treated me and my husband like criminals for even looking. I get it if she didn't want to sell me anything without my ID, that's the law after all. But wanting to card me for looking? Never had that happen and never have I felt so uncomfortable at ANY store."

"Small store, real Decent pricing. Friendly cashiers. Organic selection throughout the store. The checkout lines moved at a steady pace Don't forget to bring a bag as they cost money in the stores around this area. They have a decent size area with sale items. I didn't take any pictures of the store, but attached a picture I took for the sign behind me for a book I'm writing. It will be called "My trip to Washington""

"Do lots of our shopping here. Prices are great when you're on a budget. Great variety of groceries available. Dairy and produce are fresh, fruits and veggies look delicious. Cashier's are clean, friendly and knowledgeable about where things are. We really enjoy shopping here. Only thing I would like is access to mobility scooter as I'm handicapped and can't walk long distances."
