"Jennifer is my all-time favorite. She is very patient, funny, and kind, and I love her attention to detail. I have been getting my hair done for almost 5 years. Sometimes, I use Hazel dell for a haircut, but after I found Jennifer, this is my go-to place for haircuts. Get "The works" you will thank me later."

"This would be a five star although one visit out of the ten I’ve been there was not good. A young man that I don’t believe was ready to be on his own muffed my head up. It was a bad Forest Gump look and the two weeks to wait for the bad tight fade to grow back was long. My advice is to pick a barber you like and stick with them. A great place to get a hair cut. Also, has anyone ever said yes to a shoulder rub?"

"I called to check on their services for my husbands beard trim and Ruby had no time to answer my questions and demanded I tell her what time he wanted to come in. I was trying to see what time it was and checking with my husband and she just kept demanding. so happy we did not go in there"

"I've had 3 cuts here. First one was excellent. The stylist asked what I wanted and then executed it perfectly. Second cut, I showed a pic of first cut to stylist and they seemed to ignore it. What they did not ignore was sharing their political opinions with me (unsolicited). Third time the cut wasn't quite great, but not bad. On the whole this place is somewhat better cut than a Great Clips, but the price tag is about 30% more. Stylists do NOT spend more time on you here."

"After browsing the Internet for local barbershops and finding The Barbers located in Grand Central across from Fred Meyer, I called and booked an appointment the same day. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and I was greeted by a friendly front desk host who had me sit down and wait until my name was called. I literally only had to wait 2 minutes until my name was called! I was slightly nervous in the beginning if my haircut could be done how I wanted it to be. Well, I was blown away by how awesome it turned out! Makana is definitely the person who I will go to from now on! She did an excellent job and I won't be going anywhere else!"
