"The tall lanky lady with long dark hair, glasses, maybe in her 50’s with a raspy voice? She’s worked there a while. I had to wait quite a while as she went on and on complaining to the guy in front of me about how the masks are not working, her rights, etc. I decided not to shop there anymore but went back since I was certain they had changed their mask policy. Nope! She was there, mask below the chin and plenty of mask-less customers. You are doing a poor job of helping to stop the spread in this pandemic! Get a hold of this Jackson."
"I went in there one morning after getting off from work and the lady cashier was immediately rude to me. The debit card machine wasn't working properly and I just waited for it to prompt me to proceed and the cashier was getting mad and I asked her, "are you in a bad mood?" She didn't like that, but then again I am not conducting a poll. Why get mad at someone when the situation isn't about the customer it's about the machine not working correctly. I had plenty of patience but it just seemed like the cashier wanted an argument/fight. How sad and her job must be SO hard. Standing behind a counter and ringing up items. Can not stand whiners! No courtesy there at all. Just attitude. I no longer go there. She might want to take a few classes on how to treat customers."
