"We booked two kids cuts appointments, 5/9 years old and they called us two days in a row cancelling our appointment. First days excuse was girl went home early sick. Second days excuse was they were just overwhelmed with too many cuts today and they are short staffed. What’s the point of an appointment. . . I would not recommend this place. Poor poor customer service."

"Took my son there on 9/11/2023 and got by far the worst haircut I’ve ever seen. I would’ve never paid for it if I took him. They need to have people that know how to cut hair. Wouldn’t recommend."
"I dont understand why even when walking in to get a hair cut at 9am in the morning the shop is booked out all day! They dont take appointments but first thing in the door in the morning they are booked! Happened 3 times already! Dont tell customer to walk at 9am and to tell them we full!"
