"My recent visit to Biang Biang Noodles left me enamored with its culinary offerings. The flavors were nothing short of delightful, showcasing the mastery behind each dish. The Mala Spicy Beef Dry Mix Noodles stole the show with their intense flavor profile, paired with the succulent ribs, yummy! A standout among the sides was the smashed cucumber salad, its freshness and taste sets it apart as one of the finest I've ever had. While the dumplings were ok, they didn't quite reach the same heights as the other dishes. Also, the curry sauce, although flavorful, leaned a bit too heavily on sweetness for my liking but the pepper oil sauce was a great paring that elevated the dish. Biang Biang Noodles' popularity is well-deserved, evident from the moment you step in and you have to remember to promptly sign in because no one's gonna tell you to do that (beware!). For aficionados of Taiwanese cuisine, Biang Biang Noodles offers an unforgettable journey through flavor and texture that is not to be missed."
"Order the Spicy Mala beef dry mix. The noddles were thick and chewy. They were able to pick up the flavor from the little broth at the bottom which made the noodles even better and flavorful. Had a Hong Kong Milk tea cold and it was nice and refreshing not too overly sweet."
"Got seated super fast, barely any wait during the lunch rush. Got the curry noodles and it was so good. Very filling since the noodles were as wide as your thumb! Flavor was no joke too. The decor of the restaurant really tied it all together, definitely good for posting any cute pictures online."
"Sis and I went to this small Asian eatery on recommendation for our favor of Asian flavors. This is a hand pulled noodle house offering dry mix and soup noodles in an intensely flavored, long-simmered broth. The noodles are freshly made and appear more rustic than the commercial, uniformly cut pasta we have come to appreciate. The noodles offer a chew that is a perfect slurp-worthy texture between tender and al denté. We ordered Mala spicy beef dry mix and added the pork ribs for the additional cost. Soooo good! But the added spareribs were lip smacking good and tender. We added sides of the handmade chive and pork dumplings, green onion pancakes and the cucumber salad. The dumplings were tender and juicy with a spicy dipping sauce. The pancakes were slightly crispy with tender layers. They were served with a sweetish sauce that I thought was not needed. The cucumber salad did not offer any wow factor and I thought could have benefited from the addition of a few more flavor enhancers or a few more minutes of marination. All in all though it was a really tasty meal and I will be going back soon."
