"Called this store 6 times (during normal operation hours) and stayed on the line until it hung up on me. Nobody picked up. Frustrated and annoyed!"

"I bought a brand new Samsung oven from this location and purchased an extended three-year Lowe's protection plan... The oven has had problems keeping power on since the first couple weeks. Samsung was impossibly difficult to work with getting it fixed which ultimately it never did and the protection program plan is all automated and they require you to go through the manufacturer warranty first. Now that the manufacturer warranty has ended I have tried to place a claim with the Lowe's protection plan and it does not process. There is not a person that I can get ahold of it's all automated. I called back this location to try and have somebody help me and I was told literally I was SOL by customer service. I bought this oven brand new and nobody is able to help me even though is not work correctly for almost the entire year that I have owned. Not only is it very difficult to get ahold of a real person but when you do they have been rude and treated me as if it was my fault. Don't expect to be treated like a human being if you talk to other human beings that work for this Lowe's. And if you buy something that's broken just be prepared for your money to have been wasted."

"Worst experience of my life in shopping. I get hurt, breeding, on my arm due to unsecured grill parts while loading with the help of their employee. My brand new car get deep scratched due to two employees didn't lift it high enough. They pushed it in instead of lift it onto the SUV. How sad."
