"Received a recommendation from a friend. Initially things seemed great. “Star” the salesperson seemed very engaged and was very knowledgeable. Several months later I had to chase after her to obtain a bid. We then received a bid of almost 70,000.00 for cabinets for a relatively small kitchen, with the cheaper construction to boot. Based on the ridiculous bid we received we made a few changes but those were never finalized. We just totally gave up and are walking away. This was a complete waste of our time and I do not recommend Hayes based on my experience."

Andy Mohr is both an artist and a wizard. He came to our home, we discussed what we were looking to accomplish. A couple days later...his designs showed up. Everyone at Hayes completely EXCEEDED our (high) expectations....by a substantial margin. Again, just can't say enough positive things about Andy, Damon and the people at Hayes. I can tell anyone who hasn't remodeled, that with using the wrong builder there are many issues and delays. Hayes Cabinets was the only subcontractor on the project that was on time and did the work in a very timely manner. I love my new kitchen. I give credit to the sales staff, the layout team and the manufacturing team to the installers, all top knotch craftsmanship. Very professional."

The knowledge and advice from my Sales Rep, David Halstead has always been right on the mark as well. There are two features I like most about Hayes. One is that they finish their own custom constructed cabinets, so the finish is always perfect. Secondly their installers do an excellent job installing the cabinets and work well with the other trades that they must interact with like plumbers and tile setters.
