"I called to ask about product details and prices and was surprised when I kept getting the response I don't know I'm not sure. Other than being rushed off the phone I think it's best I just go in and check for myself because they weren't in the mood to be helpful and they made that very obvious. Not rude but could definitely improve on customer service and have a little more patience. Try harder next time!"
