The guys took their time to explain the process for the service I needed, which was more than the MB service center at the dealer did. "We took a BMW here for a pre-sale inspection and they were very thorough and transparent with what needed to be done and when. The vehicle needed breaks and rotors urgently and they were able to order the necessary parts and do the install within a few hours for us (having two mechanics working on it at once!) so we could get on the road. To top it all off, the price was incredibly fair and the employees were so personable and kept us entertained while we waited!
