"Hello. I had a very pleasant experience at Allure Nails and Spa. This was my first time I have gone to Allure. I asked for a gel manicure. The people were so nice, but my nails did not turn out well. The lady who worked on my nails after my polish was dissolved could use a little more training. When she was cutting my cuticles, I experienced pain several times, meaning she was cutting into live tissue. As far as the polish, my cuticles are overfilled and the polish is lumpy on a couple of nails. I felt the experience definitely wasn't worth $40. This was the last drop in the bucket for me to start ordering my own equipment. Thank you again for your service, I am sorry I had to leave this feedback, but I felt it was necessary for people to know not everyoned does a good job on a consistent basis."

"First of. Great job to my pedicurist! Maybe I'm a noob or just haven't found a solid nail spa cuz I'm never sure what to do while someone does their work. So take my review with a grain of salt. I just didn't feel comfortable while being seated. I really wanted to give 5 stars, but maybe it's just me but the customer service felt iffy. Don't use my review as a guide tho. I'm not loyal to any shop so onto the next one in two months!"
