"We had an appointment for an oil change for 4pm on a Wednesday. We took in our vehicle and they said they "were slammed" and weren't going to be able to get it done by the end of the day. They told us to drop it off the next morning and then they would "likely" be able to get it done by the end of the day. What's the point of making an appointment if the appointment time is not honored? Very frustrated we spent 30 minutes driving for nothing because this shop isn't near our house but we heard they had great service. :-("
