"For such a fancy salon, it was by far the worst salon I’ve ever been to. And ridiculously expensive. I paid for the most expensive pedicure they offer and they didn’t even do everything that was supposed to be included in the cost. Also, they didn’t remove any calluses. I had to get a callus remover and do it myself when I got home. I also came in for a new set and instead if soaking them off, they ripped them off and it hurt really bad. Using that method left my nail bed so thin that I wasn’t able to get a new set at all. I’m not usually a complainer but this was the second time I’d been in and both times I’ve been very disappointed. Will not be returning."

They called and asked what they could do to make me happy. Nikki fixed my nails and did an incredible job, communicating with me the entire time to make sure it was what I wanted. Businesses giving this level of service these days is rare, and I appreciate how they listened to feedback and then made a change.
