"Wonderful experience at this store! Great haircut!"
"I want my money back. Stylist was unprofessional, cut my hair way shorter then I asked. I showed several pictures for reference. I spent over a year growing out my hair from a mohawk. I'm aware I had different lengths. I chose hair cuts that should have been easily obtainable. I walked out with an uneven haircyt with bangs, which I specifically said I did not want. She talked AT ME about politics and Christianity as well as cutting me off almost every time I talked. Spent half the hair cut talking about purchasing products that I stated I was not interested in. I did not realize how terrible my hair cut was until I went home. My wife said it looks like two different hair cuts. I am over all unhappy with the cut and experience. I will not be coming back, I don't want any more hair cut off. I don't think this is fixable. My longest layer goes to a little passed my earlobes when in the reference photos, the length was sitting a little above the collarbone. She butchered my hair. I have never cried over a hair cut until now and I'm almost forty. She came across as very confident that she could do this. I might as well have chopped my own hair off. At least I could have blamed myself for the hack job. And here's the icing on the cake, she nicked her finger, admitted she has terrible eye sight, then continued to cut my hair even though I expressed numerous times that she should take care of her finger and to put a bandaid on it. You're going to continue to lose business if you keep this employee. If I wanted to be criticized and talked over, I would go have lunch with my father."
"Super friendly staff and very quick. Just asked for my split ends to be cut off and it looks wonderful! 4 stars only because I didn’t ask for a difficult cut, but I’m definitely happy with the result of my trim."
"Ive gotten my hair cut twice there and both times ive been treated well . Debbie takes time and really Makes your cut nice !!"
"Save yourself a headache and a half and go somewhere else. Only two employees and no customers when I arrived. The one cutting my hair couldnt even get the part down the middle straight. The other one griped about how stupid customers are the whole time. And laughed about how she would just stand around and comb people's hair if she didnt know how to cut what they are asking for. The one cutting hair was trying really hard to do a good job, but she missed the mark horribly. The supervisor came in after I had been in the chair for about and hour and "fixed" my hair. My hair was down past my bra in the back. I asked for it to lay on my shoulders when asked how much to cut. Right now it is just below my ears (in places) and I have to find somewhere to fix it. Side note: I just moved from small town in TX and have had supercuts cut my hair for the past 15 years. I understand you get what you pay for but I have straight hair and it usually parts down the middle. Easy-peasy. But apparently not here. I was actually asked if my hair "grows weird in the back"..... another lady came in to have them re-cut her hair while I was there and she was scheduled later that day and the mouthy one mocked that customer after she left. HORRIBLE PLACE. Oh, and they were commenting about how they were told to forget everything they learned in school a d were retrained on how to cut hair the Supercuts way and that was only 4 days long. Again, the employee cutting my hair was very kind and not bad-mouthing anyone. And I could tell she was trying very hard to do a good job."
