"We’ve gone here a few times for haircuts, a new stylist “cut” my son’s hair today. She wasn’t comfortable fading the sides or cutting around his ears because he was moving so she left it how it was, yet still charged for the regular price haircut. She knew he was small and squirmy when she offered to do it rather than letting his normal stylist do it. I will not be returning. It’s a shame that one person can ruin an entire business. Teri and Lily have always been great."
