"Went in to get a quick simple haircut. Given instructions to the guy. He started doing fades on the side and I DIDN'T WANT fades. After the second time correcting him I pulled out my phone to give a visual aid. Cut around the head is all uneven and he cut too short on top and it's all crooked! A jailhouse haircut is better than what I have! The SOB has no place near a pair of scissors!!! Now I have to go to another barber to fix what he screwed up!!!"

"I've had good cuts in the past with one of the guys there, but the woman we just went to absolutely ruined mine and my wife's. Unfortunately, i dont remember her name. This is definitely the worst cut I've ever had, even the PX is better. I asked her to keep the top long and just clean up the sides and back. I even specified that I want it long because I can finally have an "out of regs cut". I ended up with basically a short bowl cut and the sides aren't even clean. It's absolutely random and asymmetrical. I have no idea what this is even supposed to be and I'm very pissed. Can't even go to a good barber to fix it cause I don't want it even shorter."

"I'm very picky about where I get my haircut. I had an interview so I had to find a place quick! Luckily I chose this branch. My stylist was Felicia. She was fantastic! I love my haircut, and I will absolutely go back in a few months to get a trim!!"

"Not only is my hair choppy along the bottom, but I also asked for a surface trim to help get rid of my split ends and didn't get one. Great Clips has never been a "great" place to get a trim at, but sometimes you'll get someone who actually knows that they're doing. I'm unimpressed. Going to get it fixed elsewhere."
