"My grandmother went to Sheri to get tape in extensions done, I assume Sheri offered them because she was experienced at installing them. After 3 days they fell out, mind you they weren’t even colored to match her hair. I am saddened on how this experience was for my grandmother and the way that Sheri acted towards her when she was asked to return the hair… I spoke to many people about this matter and they also agree with knowledge on extensions that they were not property installed. The amount of money charged for this to become the outcome is ridiculous. I hope next time Sheri will hold her temper when a upset customer comes in. No need to act the way she did or refuse a full refund for her mistake."
