"Hey guys! Don't offer online booking if it's a hot mess. I booked online with a specific stylist weeks ago (I'm a new client who was recommended a specific stylist). I have been receiving confirmations once or twice and all looked normal...then today received another email confirm indicating a different stylist. Called and spoke with someone not entirely friendly nor helpful. Finally said to cancel it outright after she hmm'ed, haww'ed, and seemed surprised I was unwilling to meet with a different stylist. Poor first impression (actually, its the second impression....first was last summer when my long-scheduled appointment was canceled at the last minute because the stylist was sick… obviously not a case for a negative review in and of itself). Anyway…all more than a little disappointing. :("

"The new hire absolutely butchered my hair. Not even remotely close to what I asked for (I even showed an inspo picture). Incredibly choppy and uneven and still proceeded to charge $80. I was holding back tears in the chair. I don’t even know how to fix this mess!!!"

"$91 to wash, deep condition, & cut less than 1" off. I remembered why I don't go here. Nice stylist, though. Will keep going to Bishops in Tacoma. FYI, a Blow Out Luxe is $65 alone. Not one hot tool touched my head. $20 for wash, $4 cute sticker, + tax."

"Nicole is a wizard - me, my boyfriend, and my sister have all gotten haircuts from her (medium-length bob with bangs, flowy short bob, and pixie cut, respectively) and Nicole pulled them all off flawlessly. The stylists here are incredibly smart and the studio is peaceful and relaxing to sit in. 10/10 would recommend!"
