"I went in for a trim, and specified I wanted no more than 1/4 an inch off. I walked out with ATLEAST 2 inches lost in length. The lady who cut my hair was very nice so I coukdnt bring myself to complain I figured well atleast my hair is healthy. But when I got home I looked in the mirror and wanted to cry. IT IS SO SHORT. I am upset because my hair grows so slow. I asked for 1/4 an inch and made that very clear, I am upset. Feels like i just wasted my money too. I don't think I will be returning."
"Well the lady who recently gave me a hair cut didn’t trim my side burns right. One side was longer and bushier than the other with noticeable stray hairs! After finishing my haircut she didn’t give me a mirror to inspect her work. When I went to pay I was charged $21 for a senior haircut! It was much less the last time I was there for a haircut like $16 or $18. Then rather than let me decide what tip I will leave I’m presented with three options for the tip: $5, $7 and $10! Qu add kitty of my haircut was poor and the prices went way up! Not happy with Great Clips. Not sure if it’s just this store or Great Clips in general."
