"My friend came to this Salon and asked for a simple balayage, Brit was her name that helped her. My friend booked an appt for 9:30am and she did not get helped until 10:45am, then did not cover her grays and still had some red strands that was not colored. She is very disappointed in the service especially when Brit charged $345!!! Took her more than 4 hours to do! The next day she asked her to fix it, she said she can only fix root, she can't fix anything else she doesn't have time. My friend will not be coming over here anymore!!! Do not go to Brit, especially for a balayage!"
