"It would have been no stars because there was a mistake made but an employee here named Allen he he found a mistake when we were talking he that had happened owned up to it and fixed it right away with wonderful integrity I can't say enough nice things about them now I will continue using them on my future projects mistakes do happen in companies but there were no excuses it was wonderful to hear that cuz I know everybody out there is sick of excuses you know the apologies that always have a butt with them"

"Their salesman came out and measured our mobile home for 4 trusses to be replaced. The roof was open so he could measure. The salesman said they were a 3/12 pitch it turned out they should have been a 2 1/2 - 12 pitch. When they were delivered they were almost 3 1/2 /12 pitch. We paid full price and delivery for them. Our contractor his employee and roofer were held up for two hours opening up the roof then finding they were not the correct trusses. When we called Randy his claim was they (someone from their company) took the measurements from him and built the trusses without his knowledge. When my husband called back to tell him the correct measurements that contactor and roofer measured he said the numbers don't match. Then he called back and said the numbers were good. They then remade them and delivered them. We talked to Randy about compensation for our contractor and roofers time wasted. He said he couldn't make that decision he would have to talk to his GM. He called back and said they would not do anything because they made new ones. The point is he (Randy) measured, they made the wrong size. Then our contactor and roofer were held up for two hours because of their mistakes and we have to pay the extra two hours for their time that we did not cause. They passed the buck from person to person, no one taking responsibility for the problems they caused. All this time our roof was open. Then had to be closed and opened again. As of today our roof is still open, it has been 9 days not finished. And it supposed to rain for the next 3 days. We won't ever use this company again."

"I HAVE BEEN IN RESIDENTIAL HOUSING CONSTRUCTION FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND IT SADDENS ME TO SEE AND DEAL WITH THE EXTREMELY LOW QUALITY OF LUMBER AND CRAFTSMANSHIP THAT IS BEING PRODUCED TODAY. TCT HAS GOTTEN WORSE AND WORSE THROUGH THE YEARS, I AM DONE WITH ENTRUSTING THEM AS A SUPPLIER. OBVIOUSLY THE BOTTOM LINE IS ALL THAT MATTERS WITH THEIR PRODUCT, IT IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE TO LAY OUT AND CONSTRUCT TRUSSES. I WONDER IF ROGER, AN EXPERIENCED CARPENTER AND NOW PRESIDENT OF TCT, IS AWARE OF THE PRODUCT THEY PRODUCE. I LEFT MESSAGE FOR HIM BUT HAVE YET TO HEAR BACK, AS I WOULD LIKE TO SHOW HIM ON SITE WHAT IT IS HE IS ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBLE FOR.I SURE MISS TRUSS ENGINEERING COMPANY OF SEDRO-WOOLLEY."
