"My business will not rely on them as part of my supply chain. You can bring thousands of dollars of business to them and the moment you need a return, their ethics go to hell. The floor manager is the heart of the problem. The rest of the staff is not. With profit margins as tight as they are, you can't entrust your margins with a moody unethical floor manager to make the correct decision suitable for both parties. Plus I constantly find they have inventory one day, and not the next making the time you spend being loyal to the business extremely difficult. There are other building supply stores that are not Big Box stores. Those stores have earned my business. I will no longer enter this business again."
