"After calling and going into the competitors box store for price quotes and information regarding flooring for my home, it was time to buy. I pulled into the parking lot and sat there knowing I didn’t not want to buy from them. I was so disappointed with their lack of knowledge, lack of interest in assisting and giving me a clear cost breakdown. "Everyone who helped me was so nice and extremely knowledgeable! It was a great experience and Denny has great taste - he found me my flooring and even offered advise for paint colors (interior and exterior) and the color of millwork and door hinges/handles, etc! I only have one complaint and that would be the lady who handles the window coverings (Jane). I wish I had known to go elsewhere (Anacortes or Coupeville) because she recommended these expensive but very cheaply made Hunter Douglas roller shades. I've had my 5 large window coverings for 1-1/2 yrs and 3 of the shades the cheap, tiny clear plastic pieces that hold the chains together to manually open/close keep breaking off. Usually I can get them back on but not so they're in the holders installed on the window casing. One of them broke completely so I can't fully draw up the shade or the chain will come completely out of the track. I've had Bali blinds in the past with NO problems or breakage. I would NEVER waste my money on Hunter Douglas again! Plus I wanted a light color and she recommended a dark color which absorbs the heat from my Southern exposure windows and warms up my house in the summer (I don't have A/C). Plus it makes the room so dark I have to turn lights on during the day to see what I'm doing since I work from home."

"The staff here are very nice and they really listen and try to help you find what you are ultimately looking for. Mary Ellen has a very good sense of color and style. I would recommend them so far. Haven't gotten to the install phase quite yet so I'll have to post a review on that later."

"If I could give more stars I would give 10 out of 10. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. From start to finish this project went so well. We were replacing 30 year old kitchen floor with new linoleum and putting a laminate wood floor in the dining room. From the moment we arrived at their store to the finished product everything went so smoothly and the look is spectacular. They helped us choose the exact right flooring, choosing from high quality products. The planning, measuring and complete installation was finished on schedule. When a seam line was contaminated, there was no questioning or hesitation. They came out immediately and fixed the problem. You can’t even see the seam line now. The floors in both rooms are beautiful. If you are looking for flooring I would go to Floors Plus Carpet One. I know we will in the future."
