"Owner lady is very rude.. The nails are just okay, but the personality will keep me from going back.."

"3 stars only for the fact they could get me in for a full leg wax and brazilian right away which I really appreciated however, my knees were not touched, there is along patch on both calves on the side were not touched, and the left side of my hoo hah has WAY more noticeable amount of hair (right side of it looks pretty good). They started with my legs and another lady came in so one was applying wax the other was putting the strip on. My question to that is what was the rush?? There was not a single client, everyone was at a desk or sitting in the pedicure chairs on their phone, walking around barefoot. I could care less about phones and sitting around, there’s literally nobody, but why do I need 2 people scrambling to get my legs done??? To top it off the back/side-ish of my knee got my skin ripped off. Who applies wax back there??? Who grows hair there??? 3 stars because they got me in and were nice people."

"If there is a choice for no stars I would choose that. I wanted her to do the nails how I wanted them to be done and she told me not to be picky! Who says that? I’m the customer and however I want my nails it should be done that way. In the end after she finished doing my nails, it was too thick and uneven! Had to go to another nail salon and get it fixed! Would not recommend this store to anyone! Really unprofessional."

"I honestly never leave bad reviews but I am so upset about my experience here. My usual nail salon was booked but I needed to get in somewhere so I went here out of convenience and I’ve seriously never had a worse set of nails. I just so happen to be getting my engagement photos done this weekend also which I informed the nail tech of and she still rushed through them leaving them all different sizes and shapes. I unfortunately have absolutely no time to get them fixed. So I’m going to have these in my engagement photos. I was also charged extra for no apparent reason. I didn’t get a good look at them until I was in my car but if I would have looked a little better, I wouldn’t have paid for these. $85 for literally the worse set of nails I’ve ever had. Don’t waste your time or money here. Not worth it."

"I’ve been to this salon several times. They are generally timely, work efficiently, and I’ve always walked away happy. This current fill is my all time favorite. The ladies do speak limited English, but they also don’t mind if you say what you want or need something fixed. My only complaint was the cost changed from the last several times. (Maybe it was the polish cost but it was never explained) I paid almost the same price to get a fill as I did to get the full set. So I was a bit shocked."
