"“Could I please get 2 bean and cheese burritos without the beans and with chicken instead please.” It’s a very simple order that I never get served incorrectly at any other Taco Bell. I can’t ever seem to get this order correct at this restaurant though. You always seem to be able to server cold nacho fries though so kudos to that."

"I’m infuriated they got my order wrong and closed the window. The other Taco Bell’s I’ve been to never gave me a problem but this one did. I asked for a box meal with the churro things, but instead I got different tacos that I did not order and they only had one thing right which was the steak bowl other then that everything was wrong! Keep in mind we were the only ones in the drive thru!"

"This is my bean and cheese burrito. It was pretty much just tortilla. Spent $40 here. Fast food is getting too expensive now just to end up with this pathetic level of service. The soft tacos we got also were like this with hardly any meat."

"People who worked drive through were not friendly. I asked if the sauces had been put into my box for the nuggets and the lady gave me an attitude about it. I explained that I hadn't received them with the last order that I had purchased there and she said" done worry about it. They're in there. When I got home my wife said there were only two sauces instead of four. This was the combined store of Kentucky Fried/ Taco Bell in puyallup, WA. Service there sucks."

"Walked into the Taco Bell/Kentucky Fried Chicken in the Fred Meyer area off of 176th & Meridian for a quick dinner tonight to ALL THE LOBBY LIGHTS OFF!!! Chairs up like they were closed…at 7:30 at night! But then I read the sign….drive thru customers take priority over walk in customers!! What in the world is wrong with good customer service????? I’m a business owner and if I pulled this on my customers, I would be out of business!! Apparently they don’t want people to come in the restaurant anymore. Why don’t they just lock the door and say it!!!"
