"Came for the fact the owner was extraordinarily charitable but didn't take the opportunity to advertise the restaurant. I did some googling and found out this was the place. Imagine going somewhere to support good people being kind and finding out they have the best tacos ever. It's like a double-win. We're back for the second day in a row, and we might come again tomorrow."

"The guy that took our order was so welcoming and sweet! He also took the time to go through the menu with us. As soon as I could smell some cinnamon coming from the birria, I knew I was in for some authentic birria. Hands down the best birria I’ve had from a restaurant. I also love that the tortillas aren’t too greasy, they’re just right. 100% recommend. The salsas were also full of flavor! Will be coming back very soon. So yummy!"

"I have become a tiny bit obsessed with Birria over the last 15 months. I was over by the everett mall and craving birria. I found this place on maps, and it had a high rating, so I thought id check it out.I got the queso tacos with birria, the keto tacos with el pastor, and the cili colorado with beans n rice. FOOD The flavor of the birria is Fantastic! Keep in mind the queso tacos have Alot of cheese, which I love, so if you're sensitive to cheese, get the reg tacos. The beans and rice taste homemade. Big plus. The keto taco shells are made from cheese and is very thick. Good, but keep it in mind. I think the al pastor is a bit on the salty side. The chili colorado is good. The beef in it is cut small, so its easier to fit in tortillas, and the colorado sauce is flavorful. I was pretty happy with all of the food. They dont have a huge menu, but i don't think it needs to be. They specialize and work to make it spot on."

"Really good birria tacos that you can find north of the Seattle area in Everett. The queso birria tacos are cheesy solid tacos and packed with meat! I would definitely come here again to grab some great birria Food I got the queso birria taco plate and would get it all over again. The tacos are filled with meat and are a decent portion size. I do wish there was more cheeseyness to it but there was a good amount. There taco shell itself is nicely toasted and the consumme was good. A decent amount of rice and beans in the side to go with your tacos. Atmosphere The restaurant is very casual and has a couple of tables to sit at. Noise level wasn’t too bad when I went but I could see it getting loud since the space is small. Big windows to let in light. Pricing Prices were decent and not too expensive. I’ve had more expensive tacos from taco trucks or places in the Seattle area. Good prices for the amount of food and quality. Service Order at the counter and then you can eat the food inside the restaurant if you want but seems like a lot of people take it to go. Bus your own tables. The service was good and friendly. Other Kind of a small parking lot in front since it’s shared with a buddy laundromat next door."
