Reviews
"I don't normally review, but this place is incredible. Fair price, quickly made, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend for anyone craving a fast sandwich stop or some authentic Cuban plates."
"I just visited this last week and the proteins were not as notable as the first time. The pork was not oven roasted, and ate oily. The skirt steak was overcooked, even with some burned marks, which made it chewy. Side dishes were on point, as per usual. The kids were hungry and didn't notice a thing. Bring me to Florida it did. This takeout counter managed to impress with their traditional sandwich. It was all I expected but lacking in the ham department a little. The marinated skirt steak was tender and hit the right notes. Would have been perfect if it weren't on the salty side. You will not be left hungry looking for more food as they serve generous portions. Next to try are the tamales and desserts. I can understand why the late-night crowd is so excited."
"I've been here a few times now. Service is great, food is great and it's a nice take away only atmosphere. The Cuban Sandwich is exceptional, and if you close your eyes, you'll think you're in Miami, Tampa, Orlando, etc. Prices are in my menu photos and are up to date as of 01-02-2024. If you're after authentic Cuban food in the whole of the PNW, this is the place to be. I highly recommend it and you absolutely won't be disappointed."
"Wow. I got the chicken sandwich whose name I can't remember. It is really excellent. The bread is perfect. Spices and veggies are great. The only downside is that there's not much meat. One extra bonus is that there's ample parking in the back. But it requires the use of stairs to go directly from the parking lot to the front door. If you're in a wheelchair you'll have to go on the sidewalk around the building."
"The Classic is one of the best sandwiches in the entire Seattle area! Amazing crispy bread (they bring it in from Florida, and it’s traditionally baked with the palmetto leaf!), pressed with delicious roast pork, smoked ham, pickles, mayo-mustard, and Swiss! Oh, and their tamales are to die for too! The masa is so moist and flavorful."
