Chipotle Mexican Grill

"This is by far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. It’s so close to my house but I’m done with it after a couple dozen visits that have almost all been bad. Inconsistent and poor quality. A ton of mistakes. the team has terrible attitudes and are completely unhelpful. Tonight they didn’t even acknowledge me for over 15 minutes and waited another 15 minutes to get my food that was ready (albeit already 30 minutes after my promised time). Also, based on the quality of the food and the terrible stomach aches I have had on multiple occasions, authorities should seriously look into the food practices here. Tonight I feel fine but the salad on my bowl looked terrible. Chipotle used to be consistently good and I never worried about getting sick, and lately it has been inconsistent and this one particularly tends to be just bad. I’m done with the bad experience and poor quality food here."

"I was super skeptical about trying this location due all the latest reviews bur ended up trying anyways because of the convenience of being nearby. My order was okay and the food tasted good besides the guacamole looking darker than usual but with good flavor still. The staff was super friendly the entire time! The only let downs I ordered a pick up online on the app and the app took really long to update the status of the order so I wasn’t sure if was ready or not once I got to chipotle and they also were out of queso!"

"As many others have pointed out. If you order take out they cheap out on the portions. Pointed out to the staff and rejected to remake. Pathetic"

"Ordered for the drive thru pickup. Sat for fifteen minutes behind a car at the window because their order wasn't ready yet. Seriously? What kind of system is this? My order of course had been sitting there ready for well over 15 minutes so by the time I finally grabbed mine, it was nice and cold. I'm so confused about this location. My in store experiences have been marginal too (pretty gross conditions with garbages overflowing, the bathroom was clogged and a mess, a staff that was openly yelling at each other, etc.) Please hire some folks who care a little bit or maybe a few managers who inspire some basic level of care."
