"Here on a Saturday right before Black Friday (peak shopping) and at 6:30pm they have the store closed and a girl says they’re “at lunch”, which I’m all in support of being able to take a break and understand being short staffed, but I’ve never heard of an entire store closing IN THE EVENING for lunch. I come back at 7:10 and they say they’re closed for the day. Literally told her I just wanted to buy a purse and leave and they decided to lose out on a sale. Meanwhile every other store in the outlets is open until 8pm as advertised. Ridiculous."

"My husband I and love going to this outlet store the prices are great, we love the shoes and Jen has been the most helpful, she is very personable and does what she can to provide a most excellent experience. She even takes the time when we ask a lot of questions. We will definitely go back."

Anoth sale and customer lost due poor customer service. Why advertise 7pm closing when the doors are locked at 530"
