"I don’t understand how this place is still up & running. The workers in store aren’t even the ones doing buys, they have to send pics to their manager- you could be waiting around for 1/2 an hour depending on how long he takes to respond (if he even responds). I left about 15 min after the worker sent pictures (2 shoes) because I had somewhere to be & truthfully was annoyed that this is how they choose to conduct business. What good are you if you can’t even conduct buys in a sneaker reselling business ? You’d have better luck at Sneaker city 5 min away."

"They are trash legit have a policy in place for trying your shoes if you want to just would be getting back less money. Refused to honor that and said they were no longer going to do business with me."

"Kind of bummed out went to sell some shoes yesterday 9/10 condition guy said they're not buying, I ask them for trade in said same with original box every thing.but again they have a post that said we buy trade ect.dunno wird.good luck to everyone"

"Owners you need to step up your game. Unprofessional, unhelpful, and the store is absolutely filthy. August 18th around lunch time I came to buy my 14 year old son some sneakers. First thing that hit me was the smell of lunch. Came into 2 young men sitting at the counter heads down to their cell phones, one of them must have finished up lunch because the closed box and drink was still on the counter. I think I heard a hello but nothing further. 15-20 min of being there probably between myself & son, maybe another 10-12 people came and went not one of them being offered help of any kind. This store is filthy. Stains everywhere, dust everywhere, ripped and faded printed signage (I’m talking on 8x11 paper), dirty finger prints on glass and mirrors- the works. Absolutely disgusting. I’m sorry, but if I’m going to spend hundreds of dollars on a single pair of shoes for my son this is not the place. If I’m going to be spending Gucci prices, I better be getting the Gucci experience. Dollar Tree has cleaner stores, better customer service, and I can get a hell of a lot more for $700 than this- come on guys."

"Don’t buy from this place. I bought a pair of Jordan’s that on stock x are worth about 245. They charged me 530 after showing the price was 475. They completely bulk their prices up for no reason, shoes are used and creased slightly. When I asked about why the price is bulked they claimed “ well people forget to change the labels”.. poor excuse for people who just want to take an extra 150 out of you, however shoes are legit but just don’t buy from here. Buy from stock X you’ll have a much better price range ."
