"I went to the Ulta Salon to get my hair done by a master stylist and I had great expectations. The stylist was so nice and very professional. I told her I wanted my highlights even on both sides because I like to style my hair different ways. And I've had experiences in the past where I have had more highlights on one side than the other. I washed my hair 2 days later. And I began parting my hair and I see wide gaps on the back of my head with no highlights and it looks really bad even if I try to part my hair in half. I have pictures. And if I would've known they were timed and that they had to do someones hair in a certain timeframe I would have never come. I'm still waiting for a redo. I'm hope to hear back from them."

I was nervous going into my first appointment with a new to me stylist but I walked out extremely pleased with how my hair turned out.
