"The barber was friendly and the shop was pretty cute. I only had to wait for her to finish with one customer before it was my turn. Unfortunately the haircut turned out poorly. Many visible scissor lines in my hair and a couple of blotches of hair that were just left uncut. The lighting in the barber shop was too dim to notice before leaving. I'll be looking for another barber to fix this in a couple weeks when it has grown out a little."
"Debbie has been cutting my hair for nearly 30 years and it's always just the way I like it. The cuts are quick and as requested. No appointments but the wait is never long."

"Haircut is great. But customer service is terrible. Debbie doesn't engage with you unless you're the only one there. If there are other "regulars" there, then forget it. She won't hardly even know you're there. So go there and get a haircut, but don't tip as the "personal/professional service is not there." I tipped today and I regret it. You should only tip for good service. I've been going to Debbie for several months now, and I bet she doesn't know my name or wouldn't recognize me on the street."
