"I felt welcomed like family the moment I walked in. I have been to Trek in UP, N. Tacoma, Austin, TX and Salt Lake City, UT. I received the best service to date from Nora in Gig Harbor. The whole team was so kind and engaging! Every experience has been fantastic and Nora went above and beyond, understanding my needs before I knew them myself. When I talked to her about the bike I'm saving up for (Domane SL), she talked to me about getting one my size in and going riding together. No other shop has offered to ride with me, but all have offered the opportunity for me to ride it. Offering to go on a ride with me made my day and lit me up. That was the missing piece I didn't know was missing. Now, I'm sooo excited to get on the Domane and ride. Nora is AMAZING and would make an excellent trainer (if she isn't already). She shared Trek's history with me and other powerful facts that reinstated my love and commitment to Trek. I will absolutely come back and recommend this store to others! She also helped me buy a new light for my bike, which has been a total game changer!!"

Went into trek today to get measured for a saddle and Jason helped me out with getting a bike I’m borrowing perfectly fit for me. He was clearly knowledgeable and passionate about cycling. "I came into the trek store in a bind needing help to get my bike in a travel case with a flight only three hours form the time I walked into the store, and Jason immediately got to work helping me get the bike taken apart and into the case, Allowing me to make my flight on time. Also, every single employee in the store this past sunday (8/13/23) asked me if I needed help with anything while Jason was getting tools. Great customer service and amazing people working there."

"I have been using Old Town as my local bike shop since I moved back to the area 8 years ago. Always helpful in finding just the right thing that you are looking for. They treat everyone with great respect, especially when purchasing a new bike. I had other bike shops trying to oversell me on bikes that had features I didn't need, or would just try to get me to purchase what they had on display. They are frequently busy in the "good" riding season, so please have some patience, they get through a lot of maintenance and customers as fast as they can while providing some of the best service around. Good selection of Kits, helmets, gloves, lights, guards, fenders, maintenance tools, and parts."
