My Cuticles aren’t even cut The paint job was horrible after I told her I wanted powder I told her I didn’t want to spend a lot she didn’t ask me how much I was willing to spend and just started doing my nails when I asked her to not use acrylfor my charm, she continue to use acrylic for my charms I told her I don’t put gel on my nails and she continue to put gel on my nails her and her associate were continuously talking about me as I was sitting in the chair just horrible, and I came there I got told Kim was good and ask for her ….. I was wrong !! Didn’t take her time , rushed when no one was in there !!!"

"7 years I’ve been a customer. It took me 15yrs off trial and word with other places, but Kim always does me right. Treats me like family and her mom gives the BEST pedicures. I’ll be a customer until she decides to close shop."

"I usually come to this place because it’s close by but I just won’t anymore because the customer service is bad, they be giving you attitude for no reason, they tell you a price & then they switch it higher & don’t even give you details. Last time I went & she burn my eyebrow & didn’t even gave me a discount. If you’re going to not do your job right, then at least don’t charge the regular price. Like I said the price went up as well after she told me less. Or could be the way they speak. I hate it there now."
