"I visited this salon for the first time. I asked for gel but got dip powder… I was happy with my nails but there was no time spent on the nail care (no cuticle trimming or anything like that). I also scheduled an appointment for 9 but no one arrived to the store until about 10 minutes after and they didn’t get started until about 15 minutes after 9. The customer who was getting her nails done next to me was really unhappy about the way that the staff were treating her. Some of the great things about this place is that they will give you a discount if you pay in cash and there’s quite a lot of employees who are talented!"

Too many times, I've been to nail salons where I get the old acrylic removed, and they damage my nails... it's painful. Des Moines Nails removed my old acrylic nails with care, and it was a painless experience. They also listened to what design I wanted for the acrylic nails and did a great job."
