In the end the supports did not work for us, but they have a happiness guarantee and gave us back every cent they charged us without question. They wanted to work with us to find a ways to adjust the supports and give us what our feet needed, if we had had time to do so. Note, these are very expensive."

"The person who helped us was very nice. However, be forwarned, these insoles will cost you $2000. I went in for plantar faciitus. I noticed the "tests" they gave me were the same "tests" they gave everyone, regardless of their foot pain. I was told that the inso les would basically cure my condition over time. I was also told there was a life time warranty on this "investment " so I could bring my insoles back in a year or two and get them replaced. That is not a cure."
