"Stood there at your pharmacy waiting to get a flu shot.. I guess you can’t do that here or no one will help you. Not a great sign for a pharmacy."
"Helpful store always has everything I expect and need. Not a lot of staff it looks like but the staff that is present works enough for two people."
"I love this pharmacy. Pharmacist (Jae) and staffs (annie, mario...) are very friendly and helpful. What I really like is that I never have to wait long for my prescriptions and they always have everything I need!!"
"I went to the pharmacy to go pick up my daughter's prescription yesterday and the man at the pharmacy counter was absolutely rude and had zero customer service skills. I didn't catch his name unfortunately but he was a taller skinny guy and he was horrible to deal with. When he tried to charge me full price for her medication I let him know her insurance information. She's a baby and had never had a prescription before and her doctor sent it directly over. He rolled his eyes and very rudely said "wow. Well it would have been nice to know this before." I gave him the information and then he rudely said it wasn't enough. I told him that it was, and that I worked in insurance, that this is all the info they needed. He rolled his eyes again and went and asked someone else, he then said he was in fact able to input it , but acted super inconvenienced. Then he said the pharmacist had to approve it but he was on break so rudely said "it'll be a bit". And then I asked how long to know if I should just come back and he rolled his eyes again and said he'd go check. He was absolutely so unnecessarily rude and outrageous. As I waited he then helped an older gentleman and was also extremely rude to him. I don't know why this man is even working the front counter if he can't stand to be nice to anyone. It was ridiculous to watch. The pharmacist actually came out on his break, checked my stuff and was super nice, but that other man should NOT be working there."
"Horrible, horrible, horrible service in the pharmacy EVERY-SINGLE-TIME. Made the mistake of transferring our scripts there when Walgreens changed their hours a few months ago. BIG TIME mistake. They move slower than molasses and then blame being short handed for taking soooo long. 10-15 minutes per customer? When the scripts are already filled and waiting for pick-up? Even when there are more people in there than I see most of the time, and with the drive thru closed for testing only? That is not a covid problem. If 5 people are in line.. you do the math. Shortage of workers is just their excuse for their glacial speed. I would not be so harsh, if they were even a little apologetic for being so slow, or even try to move a little faster when there is a line, which is always. Then they have the gall to have a sign posted telling customers to be patient. PLEASE put some hard working, competent people in there to show them what working hard is, and what a sense of urgency means. Managers apparently don't seem to know, or care. Hopefully some people that don't look like they just rolled out of bed and threw on an old dirty t-shirt. So very unprofessional, and they are handling other people's meds?!?! I apologize in advance to the hard working and good employees, there are a couple there, and you know who you are. You deserve better co-workers and working conditions. And yes, I pulled our scripts out of there in a heartbeat. Too many battles in life these days to have to deal with an unprofessional and tortoise-like service every time we pick up our scripts. When will the rating people realize there is a serious need for a -1 ⭐️??"
