One Stop Shoe Repair

"nice man but do not drop your shoes off here. my husband wanted to surprise me by fixing my doc martens. they were there for 3 months before my husband stopped by to check on them. they were lost, forgotten about & he didn’t even know what the shoes needed."

"Brought a pair of boots in for a fast easy repair. Three months later they still haven't been touched. I had to take them back and brought them else where and they were done in two days"

"My shoes have been there for 7 weeks. I prepaid. Everytime I call he knows nothing about my shoes. I don't live in Port Orchard, so it isn't easy to stop by and check on him. Calling today 8/7/23 and no one is answering. Have called multiple times. Very frustrated!! Went by the shop on 8/9/23. Sign saying closed for vacation. Supposed to be back today. Now phone number says invalid number. No answer. Will never get my shoes !!"

"7/10/23: I have no idea how good Rocky’s work is because he couldn’t find the shoes I left a couple weeks ago. Two other customers were also hoping to find theirs. Rocky appears to be a very nice man; however, he has more work than he can manage without help & no apparent method to organize everything. My advice to anyone leaving their items here for repair: put something bright & distinctive on it so there’s a hope of having it stand out among the piles. I will try searching again tomorrow…:( 7/20/23: Got my shoes, and a dandy job by Rocky! Thanks to another customer (Cathy) for finding them."

"He was extremely lazy and horrible and that affected his attention to detail. He stitched the tongue of the shoe to the side of the stitch. It looked like a kid placed this patch on my shoe. I’m very disappointed in his work. And he ruin my concord 11’s..and then he said he didn’t get the payment, which I paid after the dropped the shoes off.. where is the cleaning I paid for??? NEVER AGAIN!"
