"Had an appointment scheduled two weeks before the date and the appointment notes that cancellations must be made at least two days before the appointment. As I was getting into my car to drive to the appointment, I saw an email that my appointment was cancelled. I called the salon and left a message following up and haven't received a response back. The lack of communication and late notice cancellation really shows how this salon focuses on its clients, and by focus I mean ignores."

"My hair stylist was Blake and she was great! She got my hair from a dark brunette color to a dirty blonde-brunette partial balayage, exactly what I wanted in color and placement. Blake seemed very knowledgeable and had a pleasant demeanor. Will likely book again. The location itself has nice decor and is good place to be when you're waiting for your hair to be done. Edited rating to two star review to reflect the working practices of the stylists of this company. Every time I have scheduled an appointment at OHC (4 times) I've been texted the day of or day before that they would have to reschedule. The first time Blake was my stylist but she arranged a time to get me in before I went on my trip, so I wasn't really that upset about it. I have not actually been able to get my hair done at OHC since then for the above reasons. I will say, that I did have to cancel with one stylist myself because I got the flu and they were understanding. And, I try to be understanding of people's life circumstances causing such issues as well. But the amount of times this has happened at the same establishment, has meant that I've been waiting months to get my hair done when I could have just gone somewhere else by now. It seems like a possible pattern of less than optimal work ethic or just a really unfortunate set of circumstances. Either way, I won't be trying to schedule with anyone at Olympia hair company anymore."

"Guy at the counter did not want my business, I had my daughters hair done here before and it was 5stars. But the place had no one in it and he told me I needed an appointment and wanted 50$ more to do work to mens hair vs my daughters multi dye long hair. I end up doing what I wanted myself for 15$ from amazon."

"Look at how cute this place is.The white walls even sparkle and if you want cute before and after photos for your social media platform this is the place to have them done at. Anyway, I saw Kayla for my 3rd time for my hair cut and she’s always great at listening to me. She’s colored my hair too and did exactly what I wanted. Definitely give this place a shot and ask for Kayla the other ladies were friendly and nice too but I can recommend from personal experience that she’s great."
