"This place is turning around. Steady improvement since I started ordering there six months ago. Online orders are available on time now. Everyone there is always courteous and working their butts off. They do get hit with some rushes that really set them back. They just need more staff!"

"Customer service is a thing of the past for this location. I was there on 02/15/2024 in the evening, Dine in, and the store was a playground. I sat for 45 min and watched some pretty crazy things. People were waiting for their online orders and all they could do was play. The kids in the back were just messing around to the point where I saw food being thrown around in the back, not even making food for online orders at all. The manager was not keeping her staff under control, and was not helping out getting any orders out! The line up front was moving along but the back crew was just on an extended break. What an embarrassment for Chipolte! I could even hear the cook yell at the crew in the back saying, "Dude, make the food, people are waiting!" It was a complete embarrassment for this company, I have never seen such poor ethics. The manager at the very least could have taken those "online" order tickets and had the kids up front make the food, they were at least working. But instead, people were waiting for 30 min because the kids in the back were not making the orders. My hope is that someone with some authority will go in and teach these kids some proper work ethics, train the manager to take charge of her crew and get this place functioning as if it were a business. The food is great but not worth seeing this kind of disrespect for the workplace! I guess they don't care about the customers who make it possible for them to even have a job. Maybe they should move back in with their parents and stay home and play video games instead of making their workplace their own playground. Embarrassing Chipotle!!"

"Usually, this is my go-to location for Chipotle. But I have been having more issues when I place online orders lately. I ordered a burrito through the app yesterday around noon, and this is what I got when I opened the tin foil. It was completely split open and spilling out. It had actually leaked out of the tin foil and into the bag— and then into the seat of my car. This burrito was literally falling apart and was impossible to eat. I wish there was more quality control with mobile orders. I have had other mishaps lately with my mobile order, but this one was really the last straw. After this mess of a burrito yesterday, I am going to start going to another location for sure."

"Always reliable. Chipotle employees are always courteous and fast. Food is very good. We now prefer the vegetarian option, but I can still remember when Chipotle was serving Burritos with beef brisket! Unforgettable. We will be back."

"This location is ok, kind of void of personality. The counter was not friendly in any way. Staff doesn’t seem happy here and it comes out in the flavor and service. Tried the new steak guajillo with garlic, the texture seam a little odd, not like the regular steak texture. Not a big fan."
