"When I don't feel like cooking, I head here and get the daily special for take-out. My mouth likes some days more than others but whatever I get, my stomach likes (and my stomach is picky these days.) Basic Mexican food, fluffy rice, savory beans, not real spicy, suitable for gringos and old people like me. People eating in seem real happy. Friendly staff. Plenty of shopping center parking. Moderate prices. I should be more adventurous and order something off the menu but I'm happy with the $8 special, a good deal on a senior income."

"Our new favorite Gresham Mexican food! I’ve been to quite a few places down town but this one is the best. The value and portion sizes are amazing, and I love the daily specials. They also have an awesome salsa cart with lots of selections, as well as vegetables. They also have grilled jalapeños, green onion, and more on the cart. My only negative is the salsa cups are small and difficult to pour into, so it’s easier to just bring your plate over! 10/10 spot give it a try."

"The food was pretty good overall. The carnitas was cooked just right. The refried beans and rice were good as well. The sauce containers were a little small which was my only nitpick. I’ll come back to try some of their other menu items too."

"Decent Mexican food that’s open late! The Don Ladis burrito is good although didn’t seem to have any enchilada sauce in it which I was looking forward too. They have a big salsa bar with many types of salsas & fresh cut limes & even cucumbers too! The spicy avocado salsa is good. Next time I’ll try the carne asada fries."

"Food was decent, but not great. Overpriced for sure.. $20+ for a burrito and carne asada fries with overcooked, dry steak. $12 for french fries?!? Biggest complaint, tho, was service. Came in as the 1 and only customer. Waited at the counter for at least 3 minutes listening to the employees talking in the back. When Teesa (front counter employee) finally came out, she looked at me, didn't acknowledge I was even there, and did a 180° to continue talking with the kitchen... To management.. Teesa is the reason I won't give you my future business."
